The site helps readers distinguish a current county roster from a released booking record, a court disposition, an ADOC offender profile, and a federal or immigration locator. It points to official sources first and explains when a direct records request is needed. It does not host mugshot galleries or government records.
Independence and Limits
This is not a government office and has no authority to confirm custody, release a person, change a record, file an expungement, or give legal advice. Questions about an official record belong with the agency that created it. An arrest or booking photo reflects an accusation, and every person remains presumed innocent unless proved guilty in court.
The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither its content nor a linked search result may be used for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
